Whether we like it or not, the weather is slowly changing from warm to cool… and before we know it, the winter will be upon us. The joys of being Canadian! I’ve said it before, and I will say it again… I am no Fashion expert like Julio. I do however know beautiful and Authentic Canada Goose Jackets, functional apparel when I see it. I have totally fallen in love with the collaboration between Toronto based contemporary menswear store Uncle Otis & Canada Goose. Come and see why it is a limited edition winter #musthave launching TODAY! After I returned the NY Jacket, I looked around Sporting Life for other jackets, including the Arc-Teryx Fission SV Gortex Jacket. (A rather rude saleswoman told me that the brand is pronounced "Arc-TARE-ix", not "ARC-ter-ix". Just a little FIY.) This jacket was just what I was Canada Goose Kensington Parka Store, looking for - slim and warm! Unfortunately, the size only went down to XS and wasn't as fitted as I would have liked it to be. If Arcteryx produces smaller sizes or even girls sizes in the future, I will definitely consider a jacket. I’m busily attempting to finish a good draft of the third installment of The Dead Kid Detective Agency, which will either be titled Loyalist to a Fault or United Empire State of Mind, so much of my spare time is writing and revising October Schwartz’s latest adventures. Bain Capital, a private-equity firm co-founded by Mitt Romney, who became famous for losing 2012 presidential election to Obama, is making a bid for a majority stake in Canada's retail darling Canada Goose, a maker of high-end winter jackets. Bain is known to squeeze profits out of companies they acquired by stripping off parts deemed non-performing non-profitable. Most of which will be oblivious to most consumers. Dani Reiss will continues to run his company with a minority stake. goose8277201411blog |
