I realize this is a new venue for soaps, but even in the early days, soaps were a bit longer. I'm not sure about radio episodes, but I know many TV episodes were 15 minutes long minus intro, commercials, and credits - about 10 minutes of story, maybe. I've noticed on Episode 4, we see less than three minutes of the action, some of it in slow motion. I don't know about the rest of you, but my brain easily forgets three minutes! Each time I watch a new episode, I have to re-watch the prior ones so I remember what happened! With that said though, I'm really intrigued by Michael's character, as well as Martha's, which is interesting, because as a longtime fan of ATWT, I haven't liked Lily since she was a teenager, and I never liked the sanctimonious Jack Snyder. So liking his Richard character is quite exciting for me. I'm actually interested in Richard and Katherine! I'm so glad Martha and everyone are working hard to bring this series to the worldwide web. A suggestion I have for taping, please use lighting to brighten the faces of the actors in those outside scenes. There doesn't appear to be much sun in the locale and the actors are in shadow far too much. Ultimately, I'm happy with the series and the concept. Am waiting impatiently for more.

Episode 5 is a nice 6+ minutes long, so lots of things were introduced. Nice! Great seeing Anna Stuart and Kurt McKinney. I also liked the beginning with all the city scenes. Good job! |
